The Speaking Gym is built for B1–B2 learners, people who already know the basics of English but freeze when they have to speak. If you can read this page comfortably, you're at the right level. However, if you are C1-C2 (advanced level) and still struggle with speaking naturally, you will benefit from the 7 day speaking gym too

No. The 7-day structure is the recommended path because each day builds on the one before. But the moment you join, the whole gym is yours; you can take 7 days, 14 days, or do it on weekends only. Most people do better when they keep the daily rhythm, but the choice is yours.
No, and anyone who promises that is selling you a fantasy. What you will have after 7 days is something more useful: a mouth that doesn't freeze. The chunks, the rhythm, the frameworks, they stay with you. The gym is the on-ramp; you'll keep getting better long after Day 7.
Yes. Everything works on phone, computer, or tablet. The recording feature is a tiny bit easier on a computer, but plenty of users do the whole gym on their phone, including uploading recordings.
